DELIVERY TIMES 

Update: Due to Covid-19 you may expect delays in your order. Review our note on Covid-19 information.

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.

Philine's Crafts and Designs are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by Canada Post
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)

CANADIAN ORDERS

Philine's Crafts and Designs uses Canada Post to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends). Custom and large orders can vary for shipping.

USA ORDERS

Philine's Crafts and Designs uses Canada Post to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends). Custom and large orders can vary for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Philine's Crafts and Designs only ships to Canada and U.S. right now, but if you'd like to show interest in shipping elsewhere let us know by contacting us at philines.craftsanddesigns@gmail.com

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (3-4 business days) using Canada Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.
