What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are given in Canadian dollars.

When will out of stock items be back in stock?
We try to keep a supply on hand, if you would like something that is out of stock send us an email and we can bring in items faster.

What if there's a product I want that you don't have?
Send me an email to philines.craftsanddesigns@gmail.com and I'll be happy to check into a product that isn't listed. 

Can we put in a large order?
Yes, send us an email at philines.craftsanddesigns@gmail.com and we would be happy to work with you to get you your order. 
Deposit
Large orders over $100.00 will require 25% down payment before production of product begins. 
Discounts
Large orders of 50 items or more must be ordered 6 weeks in advance to get discount
Large orders of 50 items or more ordered in less than two weeks may not be eligible for discount and can be charged a rush order fee. 

Where do you ship?
We only ship within Canada right now but we are working on opening up to more shipping areas in the future. 

What payment methods to you accept?
Online we accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal.
We also accept e-transfers to philines.craftsanddesigns@gmail.com .
Local pick ups can be paid with a credit/debit, e-transfer or cash.

Any orders made in person or as a pay later option (cash and e-transfer) will require payment before or on delivery or product. Payment is required within 2 weeks of the product being finished. Any payments after 2 weeks will add on a late fee of 10% of original order price. 

Do you have a physical store location?
We do not have a store that you can visit, however we do have local pick up in Burns Lake, BC. We also participate in various vendor booths, check our social media to see where we will be setting up next. 

Do you offer Indigenous status tax exemption?
Yes we do. Create an account and send us an email to let us know you are eligible for tax exemption and a scanned copy of your status card so that we can fix your account to be tax exempt. 

What are the Care Instructions?
Shirts
Wash in cold water and tumble dry on low inside out or hang to dry. DO NOT use
bleach. Allow 24 hours after application before washing.
Mugs
Hand wash with warm water only DO NOT use steel wool, coloured
cleansing agents, or scrubbing pads.
